1. Make it easy to read
A highly legible font in a good size with definitive spacing is pleasing to the eye and stands out amongst the Times New Roman messes most employers and recruiters have to sift through. Go for Calibri pt 11 and wait for the job interviews to roll in. Okay, you might need to do more than that but it will help. It’s also a good idea to make paragraphs short and concise, use bullet points to break up the page and insert clear headings throughout.
